What this template is for
Every wedding planner runs events, and every event has the same problem: the headcount lives in replies, comments and messages. This RSVP flow gives couples three buttons and a short form, and gives you a list that updates itself.
You get the date, guests, budget range and what they have already booked — and because each answer is a chat, you can message the "maybe"s the day before or tell the "yes"es where to park.
Share the link in a group chat, an email or a post; embed it on the events page. Duplicate the flow for the next event and keep the history.

Questions
Do guests need an account?
No. They tap one button and type their name; nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can I see who said yes?
Yes. Every answer is in your inbox with the name and the details, and the counts per answer are in the flow’s analytics.
Can I message everyone who is coming?
Each RSVP is a chat you can reply to. If guests left an email, they get your message there too.
Can I reuse it for the next event?
Duplicate the flow from the builder — the questions stay, the answers start fresh.
